Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know each other and see if working together feels like a good fit. If it turns out I’m not the right match, I’ll gladly help connect you with someone who may be a better fit for your needs.

Intake

Our first appointment will be focused on gathering information about you. We will work together to come up with goals and gain a better understanding of how treatment will look.

Weekly sessions

Therapy is a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. We'll use evidence-based tools like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help you move toward your goals—with empathy, respect, and a focus on your strengths.
