About me

Taking this step into researching a therapist is essential. Good on you! I hope we can work together!

Over the years as a therapist I’ve assessed or worked with hundreds of people with all different kinds of reasons they were seeking treatment. My approach is integrative and flexible, meaning I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Drawing from a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic methods—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths based, and client centered approaches —I work with you to explore challenges, build coping skills, and foster personal growth.

I find that people who I work best with want a therapist who is supportive, genuine, empathetic and validating. Being understood is important. Not feeling judged is important. Feeling respected is important. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I am committed to working collaboratively with you to ensure our work together reflects your values, priorities, and lived experience.
